Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. Introduces New Co-Brand at Latest Flamers Opening

Oh! Oh! Burritos Designed To Complement Popular Food Mall Concept |
Ultimate Franchise Systems Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: UFSJ) announced today that it has recently introduced a new fast food concept that is initially designed to be a co-brand with its hamburger concept, Flamers Charbroiled Grill. Oh! Oh! Burrito, which offers a menu of fast food Mexican favorites, began operations as an integrated element of a new Flamers Grill just opened in the Ross Park Shopping Mall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
"One of Ultimate's key operational advantages is our ability to respond quickly to needs in the marketplace," explained Christopher Swartz, UFSJ CEO. "The idea for the new concept resulted from our Flamers franchising team speaking with shopping center management and recognizing that a valuable opportunity existed. We expect this new offering will increase our per unit sales without substantially increasing basic overhead."
Oh! Oh! Burrito serves a variety of stuffed burrito wraps along with tacos and nachos. The new concept is planned to open in several new Flamers locations in the next several months.
In recent months Ultimate has helped refine the Flamers operating formula to better focus on shopping malls and college campuses. Flamers Charbroiled Grill serves hamburgers and chicken sandwiches cooked over an open grill offering an original char-broiled flavor. The brand currently has 45 locations across the U.S. and in three countries. The Flamers chain grosses approximately $ 15 million in system-wide sales.
