ISS Group Selects MICROS RES 3000 as the Exclusive Preferred Solution for Its Catering Services World Wide

MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCRS) , a leading provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, is pleased to announce that the ISS Group, one of the world's leading Facility Service providers with more than 330,000 employees and operations in 43 countries in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia, has chosen to standardize its point-of-sale (POS) solution for ISS's Catering services enterprise-wide using MICROS RES 3000. |
This standardized MICROS RES 3000 solution will include MICROS 3700 POS, Enterprise Management, mymicros.net, myinventory, and iCare, all running on the MICROS Workstation 4 and MICROS PC 2010 touchscreen terminals. ISS completed the first phase of the roll-out in Norway, Sweden and Denmark in the spring of 2006, in approximately 50 canteens, and will continue this roll-out for the next 2-3 years to approximately 1,000 sites.
