Latest Acquisition Adds San Francisco and Many Other Major Cites and Venues to the Global Service |
Global Menu Guide a leading restaurant locator service announced today that it completed a 100% acquisition of www.TheMenuPage.com and will integrate its entire catalog of restaurant venues onto the Global platform immediately. This is Global's latest acquisition in its expansion strategy; last fall Global acquired Brooklyn Menu Guide. In each transaction, Global's technical team moves quickly to convert the acquired venues to the Global single format geometry.
Global has developed their LOOK-READ-MEET site geometry based on the key factors that people use when choosing a restaurant: appearance, menu, and staff -- in that order. All venues are in an identical format enabling a powerful and fast location methodology. This single format enables users to more quickly review many restaurants without having to learn a new navigation pattern each time they change city.
