Bennigan's Grill & Tavern Launches Redesigned Website

Bennigan's Grill & Tavern has announced the launch of its redesigned website at www.bennigans.com, bringing an updated look and increased interaction with customers to the chain in tandem with its 30th anniversary.

"After more than 400,000 customers voted electronically in June for their favorite items to go on our new core menu, we verified that a huge segment of our audience likes to interact with our brand online as well as in our restaurants," said Clay Dover, vice president of marketing. "This new website invites that interaction and gives us access to our largest focus group non-stop."
With updated graphics and irreverent phrases that match the Bennigan's advertising campaign, the website offers access to the restaurant's latest TV commercials, online ordering for gift cards, Flash media of new menu items, and search capabilities for the nearest locations. The site also features sign-up capabilities for the company's growing online club to receive exclusive email offers and news updates.
"In the coming months we'll insert additional interactive traits to the site as we continue to expand our online community and our real-time connection with loyal consumers who opt-in," Dover said.
