The problems with hotel restaurants
In my opinion part of the problems with hotel restaurants is that they are trying to be everything to everyone with far too many menu choices etc. This results in a haphazard product, no real identity and obvious profitability issues.
If all you can do well are burgers � do burgers, just make sure they are the best in town!
