Questex Media Group, a global, diversified media provider and publisher of Luxury Travel Advisor, Premier Hotels & Resorts, Travel Agent Magazine, Hotel & Motel Management and producer of the Luxury Travel Expos, is pleased to announce the launch of a new event, "Incentive Travel Exchange," the most exclusive, appointment-based incentive travel event in the U.S. which will be held June 26-28, 2006.
THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, an all-suite hotel, will serve as the host hotel for the Incentive Travel Exchange providing an elegant setting for incentive travel suppliers and buyers to conduct business. Each buyer will be matched up with suppliers who have elected to meet with them, or with whom they have elected to meet. Up to 35 appointments will be scheduled.
"The travel industry has been asking for an event like this," remarked John McMahon, Group Publisher and Event Director. "There is no other event in the U.S. that offers private meetings, networking and pre-matched buyers and sellers." McMahon adds, "The beauty of this event is it is turnkey for both groups. Buyers bring information for the upcoming meetings they need to source and suppliers simply need to show up with their literature and we'll do the rest."
Only 100 hosted buyers and 100 suppliers will be invited to participate. Both the buyer and supplier are selected based on rigorous criteria to ensure only the "best-of-the-best" are present. Each buyer will be pre-qualified and undergo a comprehensive screening process and each supplier will be hand- selected based on the quality of product and service they offer and the business category they represent.
In addition to the one-to-one appointments, Incentive Travel Exchange will feature educational sessions and networking functions to ensure that buyers and suppliers have ample opportunity to learn and to do business.
