Paul L. Schultz Promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations and Franchising for Jack in the Box Inc. |

Jack in the Box Inc. (NYSE:JBX) announced the promotion of Paul L. Schultz to executive vice president of operations and franchising. Schultz, 50, was previously senior vice president of operations and franchising.
A 31-year veteran with Jack in the Box Inc., Schultz first joined the company as a Jack in the Box restaurant employee. Throughout his long career with the company, Schultz has held a variety of positions, including restaurant manager, district manager, regional manager, divisional operations vice president and vice president of domestic franchising.
"Paul's commitment to our customers and employees, as well as our values of care and respect, is reflected in every aspect of our Jack in the Box restaurants," said Linda Lang, president and chief operating officer of Jack in the Box Inc. "His hard work and dedication have been key in the organization's success."
Schultz holds a master's degree in business administration from Claremont Graduate School and a bachelor's degree in biology from California Polytechnic University in Pomona.
