O'Charley's Inc. Announces Resignation of Chad Fitzhugh - Fitzhugh to Assist in Transition to New CFO

O'Charley's Inc. (NASDAQ/NM:CHUX), announced that A. Chad Fitzhugh, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, has resigned from the Company to pursue other interests. It is expected that Mr. Fitzhugh will continue in his current capacity during a transition period. The Company has commenced a national search for a new Chief Financial Officer.
Gregory L. Burns, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of O'Charley's Inc., stated, "Chad has led the development of a strong financial and accounting team at both the corporate and concept levels. His commitment and loyalty to the O'Charley's family has been demonstrated by his willingness to stay on during the expected transition period. He will be missed as both a friend and colleague. We wish Chad the best in his pursuit of other interests."

O'Charley's Inc. operates 217 O'Charley's restaurants in 16 states in the Southeast and Midwest. The menu, with an emphasis on fresh preparation, features several specialty items such as hand-cut and aged steaks, a variety of seafood and chicken, freshly-baked yeast rolls, fresh-cut salads with special-recipe salad dressings and signature caramel pie. The Company also operates Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub in 91 locations throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
