Del Taco Promotes Company Veterans
Mike Annis Promoted to Senior Vice President - Arnold Dominguez Named Vice President of Human Resources and Training
Del Taco today announced the promotions of two company veterans to senior management positions. Mike Annis has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel while Arnold Dominguez has been named vice president of human resources and training.
Annis joined Del Taco in 1993 as vice president and general counsel and was named to the board of directors in 1994. With 23 years in the restaurant industry, Annis has previously served as general counsel for Red Robin and held positions at PepsiCo Food Services. Annis earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and his bachelor of arts from CSU, Long Beach.
Dominguez has held operations, training and franchise development positions with Del Taco for 19 years. Most recently he served as senior director of training and will continue to oversee training while adding human resources to his responsibilities as vice president.
